By using this website, booking a rehearsal or booking a recording session at Tweeters Studios you are entering into a contract by which you are agreeing unconditionally on behalf of the band or artist to abide by the studio’s terms and conditions as detailed below.

1) Times and dates are subject to availability and approval from a member of Tweeters Studios staff. Tweeters Ltd reserves the right to refuse and reschedule bookings. Tweeters Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings at anytime with or without prior notice and in such event Tweeters Ltd will endeavour to contact the customer. Any booking that is cancelled by Tweeters Ltd would not be chargeable to the artist/band.
2) We endeavour to keep prices listed on our website accurate however errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of the service we will inform you as soon as possible. You reserve the right to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel a full refund will be given. Tweeters Ltd reserves the right to change prices and services without prior notice and at any time.
3) No contract for the booking will exist between the customer and Tweeters Ltd until such time as the booking has been confirmed. The booking will be confirmed by email. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Tweeters Ltd of your offer to book time in Tweeters Studios rehearsal rooms or recording studio. You agree that email will be used as a means of communication.
4) This confirmation email will contain statutory information concerning your contract.
5) You must check that the details on this confirmation email are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
6) You undertake that all details you provide to Tweeters Ltd for the purpose of your booking are correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
7) Bands and artists will be jointly and severally liable for the total cost of each booked session, cancellation fee or damage payment.

Three days (72 hours) notice is required for the cancellation of a session without charge; this includes weekends and bank holidays and if a session is cancelled with less than 3 days notice the full cost of the session will be charged unless the session is taken up by another customer.
Any session will not be considered to have been cancelled until confirmed by email or Tweeters staff.
Sending an email to Tweeters Ltd will not be accepted as proof of cancelling and customers are responsible for cancelling within the notice period and should telephone the studios if not certain that a session has been cancelled.
Allowances for cancellations due to extreme circumstances are made at the discretion of Tweeters Ltd management.
A reminder email for your session will be sent five days before your booking.
Failure to receive or send such reminder emails will not alter the aforementioned cancellation terms.

Payments must be made by cash, credit or debit card in full either in advance or at the start of a rehearsal. Late payment may lead to an additional fee and refusal to pay may lead to prosecution. Credit card payments below £7 will incur a 25p charge.

In the event of a session being curtailed as a result of the failure of Tweeters studios equipment and there being no suitable substitute equipment available the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the session fee.
With the exception of said refund Tweeters Ltd accepts no further liability in regard to incomplete sessions.
Sessions can be extended or shortened if room is available but is subject to agreement by a Tweeters Ltd member of staff. There will be no refunds or reduction in payment if rehearsals are shortened. Extended sessions will be subject to full payment of the normal hourly rates for every hour over your allocated time slot.

Only equipment specified for a room can be guaranteed to be available and in the event of failure suitable substitute equipment will be made available whenever possible.
Any equipment located in the rehearsal room is available for use by you should you choose to use it.
Assistance with Tweeters equipment is always available from staff at reception.
Failure to ask for or to decline assistance with the operation of Tweeters equipment will be considered a statement of competence to operate said equipment and your acceptance of responsibility for any damage to Tweeters Ltd equipment that may result from any misuse.

Equipment is stored entirely at the customers risk and all customer must insure their own equipment for all risks and theft.
Tweeters Ltd is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged or stolen.
Contact details are required upon booking.
If any equipment is left in storage for more than 30 days without payment of the hire charge then Tweeters Ltd reserves the right to dispose of said equipment and recoup such unpaid rental charges.

The Client hereby acknowledges that prolonged exposure to high noise levels above 85 dB SPL may cause damage to hearing and that both studios and studio users are required by law to keep exposures as low as reasonably practicable and that accordingly:
The Client shall be responsible for noise levels within the Studio.
High noise levels shall not be sustained for long periods.
Tweeters Ltd hereby reserves the right to take such action as it may deem appropriate to maintain tolerable noise levels and that no claim shall lie against us in respect of inconvenience or time lost in the event of such action.
No claim shall lie against Tweeters Ltd in respect of hearing loss, be it temporary or permanent, however caused whilst using Tweeters studios.

When you arrive please notify reception and let us know that you have arrived before you go to your room. This ensures that only people with cause to be at the studios are on the premises and that in the event of fire or other such emergency requiring evacuation of the studios we know how many people are on site.

Every room has a standard setup with PA and microphones, some rooms may have a drum kit, guitar and bass amps. You are welcome to rearrange the room but at the end of the rehearsal please leave the room you found it. If any equipment is missing please inform a member of staff before your session starts.

If you require any additional equipment please speak to a member of staff. Any equipment used should be left in the room, you don’t need to bring it back to the reception.

Setup and packing up time must be within the hours you booked. If you need longer in the studio please ask at the reception first. As it has now become an issue with some bands, we will charge if you run over by 10 minutes or more.

Any damage to the fabric of the studio or its equipment due to misuse and abuse will be charged to the band or individual. All rooms are to be left in the condition they are first hired. Refusal to pay for breakages or damage will lead to exclusion and prosecution. If an item of equipment is damaged or missing at the start of your session please report it to the management immediately.

Please make sure that you do not leave personal items unattended and ensure that you take all of your belongings with you when you leave. Tweeters Ltd is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged on the premises.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the studio complex. If you leave the premises to smoke please ensure that all your cigarette stubs are disposed of appropriately in the cigarette bin provided. When leaving and entering the complex, please remember that the main door must be kept shut at all times. Any theft or damages that occur as a result of the door being left open will be chargeable to the band/artist.

You are permitted to bring your own food and drink into your rehearsal room. In common with refreshments purchased at Tweeters Studios these must not be placed on any of the equipment under any circumstances. Any damage caused to studio equipment or furnishings due to spillages and negligence with food and drink will be charged as per our damages policy above. Please help us to keep the rehearsal rooms tidy by placing any rubbish in the bins provided.

Broken drumsticks and guitar strings are a hazard to other room users and studio equipment. If you break a drumstick or change a string please make sure that you put it in the bin before you leave. Place all chewing gum in the bins. Please help us to keep the rehearsal rooms tidy by placing any rubbish in the bins provided.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company only use any information collected from individual customers on a need to know basis. Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services.

We do not monitor or review the content of other party’s websites which are linked to from this website. Your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

These terms & conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms & Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
