  1. INTRODUCTION



www.tweetersstudios.com is owned and operated by Tweeters Ltd ("Tweeters", "Tweeters Studios", "us", "our" and "we").


Tweeters Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with the registration number 06937895. Our registered office address is Unit C1, Brook Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, England, KT22 7NA. info@tweetersstudios.com is our email address.


The Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) set out how to book a studio with Tweeters, the provision of Services from us (“Tweeters Studios”, "Tweeters", “we”, “us”, “our”) and describe any associated rights and responsibilities. These apply to Users of www.tweetersstudios.com (the “Site”), Users of our booking system (www.tweeters-studios.jammed.app), or persons dealt with via other communicative means such as by telephone or in person.


Please ensure that you read these Terms prior to making bookings or using our services. If you are unsure of any of the Terms or have any questions, please contact info@tweetersstudios.com. By making bookings and/or purchasing services provided by Tweeters you are confirming that you have read the Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. The terms form the legal agreement between you and Tweeters Ltd.



  2.  BOOKINGS



Bookings are to be made via www.tweetersstudios.com, email at info@tweetersstudios.com or by telephone 01372 386 592.


Customers will receive a confirmation email upon booking completion and a reminder email sent 5 days before the booking start time. Block bookings do not receive reminder emails, it is the duty of the customer to note the date and times of bookings, reminder emails do not form any part of the booking agreement between the Customer and Tweeters Ltd.



  3.  CANCELLATION POLICY



Tweeters requires 72 hours notice for any cancellation or customer is liable for 100% of booking cost.



***From 1st February 2024***



  • General bookings - A minimum of 48hrs notice is required for general bookings or the Customer will be liable for 100% of the booking cost.


  • Block/Regular Bookings - a minimum of 5 days notice is required for cancellations or the customer will be liable for 50% of the booking cost. If less than 72hrs notice is given, the customer will be liable for 100% of the cost of the booking.*



*Block booking cancellations are only accepted in writing via email.


General bookings must be done via the booking system or in writing via email to info@tweetersstudios.com. Cancellation emails may be requested for proof of cancellation.

 


Cancellation periods refer to time period leading to the time at which the booking starts.


Tweeters reserves the right to remove block bookings if deemed below a reasonable rate of attendance due to repeated cancellations.


Should Tweeters Ltd need to cancel or amend a booking, we will endeavor to contact the Customer within the same notice periods and provide a suitable alternative. Should the need be resultant of a situation beyond our control, Tweeters Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking without liability.



 4.  CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES 



The responsibility of payment falls on the person under which the booking was made.   


It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that equipment is used for intended purposes only and not deliberately misused. The Customer will be liable for any missing or damaged equipment at the end of the session. 


Customers must vacate their respective room by the stipulated booking end time and any overrun may result in an overrun fee at double the pro rata rate of the booking. 


It is the responsibility of the Customer to note the time and date of the booking. Reminder emails do not form part of the booking agreement between the Customer and Tweeters Ltd.
